Diffesmocc provides public speaking training services including individual coaching, group workshops, presentation skills training, and confidence building programs. Our services are delivered through in-person and online formats.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Course Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses

5.3 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no services have been provided
• Partial refunds may be available at our discretion based on services delivered
• No refunds for completed courses or services
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

6. Course Attendance and Participation

6.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

6.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
• Group workshops cannot be rescheduled for individual participants
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All course materials, website content, and training methods are the intellectual property of Diffesmocc. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our methods for commercial purposes
• Share access credentials with others

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create during our courses. However, you grant us permission to use anonymized examples for training purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diffesmocc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diffesmocc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
